Marketing to car nuts—it takes one to know one. Remember the first time you got behind the wheel of a car? Me too. I was hooked. Barely old enough to walk and "vroom" was a part of my vocabulary. Later, dad taught me about "turning a wrench." And racing taught me about focus and good preparation.

I'm all grown-up now. Gone to college and all that. Spent years in the design, advertising and marketing business. But I never lost that passion. You name it -- motorcycles, 4x4s, hot rods, sports cars -- I've had fun with it. Then one day, the idea hit: tighten the business focus. Mix the years of business experience and the love of cars.
